Changes to my study program

Hello again, today I am going to talk about things I would change in my career, psychology and the campus, Juan Gómez Millas. 

So, to start, we have to study a lot of topics, like the behaviors of the living being, of the history of Chile, etc. In relation to this, I would add to the classes more practical sessions, or clinical cases. I think that it is very important. 

On the top of my list, I have to say that now, in winter, we don´t have warm places for lunch, or just for study. And the classrooms are so cold, it´s really a hell to be there for more than one hour. And our classes last three hours, and some days we have two classes in one day. 

And when we are not studying in the university, we have to do it at home. When we arrive at home, in my case,  it is like one or two hours of more study or doing the workload. So, we don´t have a lot of free time. 

Another point in my list is the technology, because a lot of us use computers or tablets to take notes, we don´t have internet in all the classrooms, and if we have, sometimes it is slow. 

About the teaching methods I don´t have a lot to say because it depends on every teacher. But, sometimes the classes are boring, and the last year a teacher used a new teaching method and it went wrong, so wrong that a lot of students had to take the exam. 

Even with all these points, I prefer the classes in the university, and not Zoom. In the pandemic, when I used Zoom, I was lazy, but really really lazy. So, I prefer see my friends and do my thing here, in the campus.

Time travel

 

Hi everyone, how are you? Today we are going to talk about travel times. Well, first of all, I would prefer to vist the past. I dont like to see the future because, honestly, it scares me. I am not very optimist about the future, and I always have been feeling that I will not live a long life, I mean, I don´t see myself before 37 years old. So, If I had the chance, I would like to visit the past and see some ancient peoples, like the Aztecas and the Maya, because when I was young I felt a lot of curiosity towerds them and how they lived as a society. I also would like to visit the ancient Egypt and finally know the truth of the mystery of the pyramid´s. 

Another thing I would like to see is the Live Aid in the year 1985, specifically, listen to Queen performance, and be there and scream "eeeeeeo". I defineitley would like to listen to Freddy´s voice just for once, and I know that doing that in 2023 is impossible for obvious reasons. 

Another point to do is more simple, just go to the time when I was younger, like in the 2007, just because I would like to see my parents and the rest of my family, when they are young, and of course, see myself. 

But I wouldn´t stay in the past; I really enjoy my present and I love my family and friends, and I wouldn´t change them for nothing. 

My future job

Hello people! How are you?

I´m Good, thank you. Well, in this ocation I have to tell you about my future job. If I am completley honest, I am too lazy for a job, I mean, I have to work , of course, but I would like to stay in my study period forever, so I dont think a lot in my future job. Also, I want to know more abut the Jobs in relation with my major, I mean, experiment more with all the fields before of my final resolution. When I Will be working I have to be a profesional who knows all about the behaviors of the humans and the meanings, in addition with know to diagnosticate different disorders, and a lot of things more.

The salary is important, obviously, but if I have to be honest, the thing more important for me (at the start of my job period) is the experience, and with this factor and the time get a better salary.

At the moment I like my career, It is hard, but I enjoy learning and know things about the human mind.  The only “problem” is my time; I feel how I spend almost all my time on my study. But I think Is all about organization, and I am so bad in this point. That¨s a thing I have to fix.

The best concert ever

 Hello again! How are you?

In this oportunity I going to tell you about my best concert ever (It's the only one I've ever been to). I went to saw to Los Bunkers in the Santa Laura stadium, was in March the 11. They are a famous Chilean band since 1991 until 2014, when the separated. And in 2022 they get together, and still together until the moment.

When I was in the concert I felt a nostalgic atmosphere, I think this was because that concert was the first since the comeback. They were people of all ages, kids, teenagers, even enderly people, al lof them enjoying the show for all the hits and the good vibes of everyone, the public and the band.

I enjoyed it so much because I went with my mom, my cousin and a friend and they were motivated. Another thing I remember to well is the return to my home; all the cars was collapsed, the taxis, buses, and the best of all, a uber that charged 40.000CLP since Plaza Chacabuco until Plaza de renca. Obviusly we didn´t take that car, our only option was walk until metro Conchalí and take the bus.

But in general I enyoied it so much. 

A country I would like to visit

I hope you are fine.

 

Well, we are going to talk abou a country I would like to visit. When someone asked me this question I spent a lot of time thinking about my answer. And after thinking a lot about it, my answer is Japan.

 One or the reasons I choose this country is the food; I have been looking at a lot of videos in social media (Tiktok and Instagram) and they gave me cravings. Eat all the possible. Also go to visit famous places for tourists, like temples, etc. And of course buy lots of thing, like anime figures, toys or mangas.

Unfortunately, I don´t speak Japanese. And another point to take on count is the culture; they have different habits (obvioulsy), and some of them are racist and sexist. A lot of testimonies report disturbing situations of this nature. It´s a shame.

                                                                        This is one of the reasos why I  would  not live a lot of time in Japan, and I probably would miss my family and my cats, so, I just would go like for a short travel, no more.
